2. Orders

Placing an order on the Site is an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s). An order is confirmed only once it has been accepted and a confirmation is generated by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error, or unavailability of stock.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is added at checkout, where applicable, and shown separately before you complete payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We accept payment via the methods made available at checkout (including cards, UPI, and net banking, as supported by Cashfree). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available — full payment must be made online at the time of placing your order.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep product and stock information up to date, but we do not guarantee that any product will be available at the time you place an order.

6. Order Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing or listing error, or where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected. If we cancel a confirmed order for these reasons after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEDAM HERBS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
