Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except as expressly set out in this Policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with a product.

2. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. If you wish to request a cancellation before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at info@vedamherbs.com or +91 98185 88807 — we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is being processed.

3. When a Refund Applies

A refund will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted from your account, but your order was not successfully created due to a technical or payment gateway issue; or
• Vedam Herbs cancels your order due to unavailability of stock.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is applicable under this Policy, it will be credited back to your original payment method (the card, UPI ID, or bank account used at checkout) through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, though the exact time for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
